We prayed over a map and were encouraged by multiple pastors to consider North Carolina, and we felt an increasing peace about it being where God was leading us. We were especially struck to find a property in Nebo, NC — named for the mountain where Moses was shown the Promised Land — which tied beautifully to the camp's name given to Mario decades earlier.

Right now we operate as a mobile ministry. That allows us to serve churches and reach young people now by bringing camp-style events directly to local churches while we seek permanent property in North Carolina.

Five things set us apart: we plan to operate year-round with summer and winter sessions; we keep camp affordable, with a fund for those unable to pay; we design curriculum together with local churches for ongoing youth engagement; we supply the staff, preachers, food, and activities so churches only need to bring counselors; and we limit sessions to around 300 attendees so we can truly connect with each group.

Once land is secured, events will begin as soon as possible, with full development planned within the next few years.
